What we do
We arrange business financing. When you apply, we review what you tell us alongside information we already hold and, where you have authorised it, information from credit reporting agencies. We may place your application with a funding partner.
Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. An application is not an offer, and nothing here obliges us to fund you.
Who can apply
You must be applying on behalf of a business, and you must be authorised by that business to do so. You do not have to be an owner — a controller or bookkeeper can apply — but an owner has to sign anything that follows.
Financing is for business purposes only. We do not lend to consumers.
What you're telling us is true
You confirm the information in your application is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, and that you will tell us if something material changes before a decision is made.
Giving us information you know to be false may end the application and, depending on the circumstances, may be a criminal offence.
Documents you send us
Bank statements, incorporation documents and identity documents you upload are used to assess the application and to meet our legal obligations. We keep them for as long as the law requires us to.
You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.
Communications
By applying you agree we may contact you about your application by email and by phone, including at the number you gave us. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any email from us.
Changing these terms
We may update these terms. If you have a live application when they change, the version you agreed to is the one that applies to it — we record which version you saw and when.
